Zar Zar Myo brings LHT, four years of experience in the title industry, beginning with residential transactions and now expanding her expertise into commercial work. (And yes, Zar Zar really is her first name, two Zars, one unforgettable person.) She enjoys the variety that each day brings, from helping clients navigate home purchases to supporting more complex closings and values the chance to learn something new with every file she touches.

For Zar Zar, the best part of her work is connecting with people. She loves meeting clients, agents, and lenders, and finds it rewarding to play a role in such meaningful milestones. Her friendly, personable, and genuine approach makes clients feel at ease throughout the process, while her dedication ensures every detail is managed with care.

Originally from Garden Grove, California, Zar Zar has called Amarillo home for most of her adult life. Outside of the office, she can often be found reading, playing video games, or spending time with her boyfriend Ryan and their cat Willow. A lifelong music lover, she also enjoys playing piano and harmonica—and even dreams of Broadway one day. As the oldest of three daughters, family is her foundation, and she credits her immigrant parents’ sacrifices for inspiring her drive and gratitude today.
