Nancy Lubera has been part of Lighthouse Title for more than three years, spending most of her professional career growing within the company. She was first drawn to the title industry by the chance to build something lasting and often says she knows God placed her right where she is meant to be. Residential transactions are where she thrives, and she loves helping people accomplish their dreams of homeownership. For Nancy, the most rewarding part of her work is being surrounded by a supportive team and celebrating with clients at one of life’s biggest milestones.

Over the years, Nancy has learned that the results you achieve are directly tied to the effort and dedication you invest. She encourages anyone new to the industry to stay on the course and trust the process, because growth comes with time and persistence. Known for her motivated and wholehearted approach, she brings her favorite motto into everything she does: “Do small things with great love.”

Amarillo is home, and when she is not in the office you will often find Nancy spending time with her mom and sister, whom she considers to be her best friends. She enjoys being creative in her free time and loves spending time with her husband Nic, who first encouraged her to apply for Lighthouse. Life at home is filled with joy thanks to their two dogs, Smokey and Sammy, and she looks forward to her family’s annual Fourth of July cookout.
